Kristen Stavridis BSc(Hons) is a qualified nutritionist based in the United Kingdom. Kristen has worked with hundreds of clients to improve their gut health, support their weight loss journey and help support their fertility journey. As well as working with clients, Kristen creates recipes and has featured as a health writer, while also educating others on nutrition by doing public talks in person and online. She largely focuses on gut health and aims to spread the word of the importance of a healthy balanced diet to support our gut microbiome.
