Marcus Buckingham is the famous co-author of the best-selling book First, Break All the Rules. He is a well-known speaker who makes frequent appearance on American television. He was born in England and graduated from the Cambridge University, but currently lives in Los Angeles.
Donald Clifton is the esteemed Chairman Emeritus of The Gallup Organization. He is currently the Chair of the Gallup International Research and Education Center. He is the primary designer of the Strengths Finder Profile.
