This version upgrades the older MX-AC series by increasing motor power from 550W to 1500W and introducing the Elements series marble finish.
This unit uses a 600W rated motor that reaches 1500W under locked wattage conditions. The higher peak power prevents the motor from stalling when grinding heavy spice pastes.
The motor rotates at 21,000 RPM under no-load conditions. This high velocity creates uniform textures for both dry powders and wet batters.
