Tushara Reddy is an AI Product Manager, founder, and author, currently working full-time in a Bangalore-based multinational company where she builds and scales AI-driven products. She earned her M.Sc. in Data Science with distinction from Queen Mary University of London (Class of 2022). Before relocating to India, Tushara worked in London as a Data Product Manager, leading data-led product initiatives in high-impact environments. She is also an exited startup founder who built ReDesell (2020), a circular economy venture, supported by incubators and programmes including Carbon13 (Cambridge) and the NSRCEL Women Startup Program, IIMBx.
