Dr C.V. Ananda Bose, the Honorable Governor of West Bengal, is a distinguished Indian Administrative Service officer known for pioneering social innovations in governance, housing, women’s empowerment, and culture. A recipient of 35 national and international awards, including UN recognition of his initiatives as global best practices, he has represented India at CERN, ITER and various international forums.
