Business Communication is recognised as the most important subject of study in the field of commerce, trade and industry. For this reason, it has been included in the syllabus of 4-year Honours Course in the National University. It is to be studied in English medium which may cause some troubles to the students. That's why it has been written in a very easy language, so that the students can understand the meaning of the subjectmatter and can easily give answers in the examination. In writing this book, we have to consult many domestic and foreign books, magazines and journals for which we owe to the concerned authors and publishers of those published materials.
