Driven by a 400W pure copper motor, the Miyako HM-6651 CX processes heavy cake batter and whipping cream. Five speed settings plus a turbo pulse maintain control over various kitchen textures. This version upgrades the previous 190W standard motor to 400W of pure copper winding for increased torque.
A 400W copper motor provides sufficient torque for light to medium dough. Use the included dough hooks to process flour-heavy mixtures without overheating.
Radiating fins dissipate heat through side vents during operation. This prevents thermal cutoff when whipping heavy cream in humid Bangladesh kitchen conditions.
