About Author Md. Arifur Rahman is a Lecturer (BCS General Education) in Social Welfare in Government Womens' College, Barisal. Md. Arifur Rahman got himself admitted into the University of Dhaka in the session of 1986-1987. He completed the Bachelor of Social Sciences and the Master of Social Sciences in Social Welfare in 1989 and 1990 respectively. He was awarded M.Phil. Degree in 2002 from the University of Rajshahi. Renowned Professor Dr. Mohammed Saduque, Department of Social Work, University of Rajshahi, supervised his thesis. Md.
