Prof. Dr. Sadruddin Ahmed received his MA in English from Dhaka University, Bangladesh and PhD in English from Hull University, England. He has taught English language and literature at a number of universities at home and abroad. His publications include Learning English the Easy Way, A Comprehensive Course book for students of English, A Close Reading of Selected Poems of Farruk Ahmad, a Bengali poet, A Collection of Critical Essays and a Bengali Translation of Joseph Bedier's The Romance of Tristan and Isolde
