Rifat Kamal Saif, born in January 23, 1991, a Marketing graduate from Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB). His father's name is Kamal Ahmed and mother's is Rahima Akter. His paternal grandfather is a renowned child literature poet and writer, Habibur Rahman and even his uncle mirat Islam, is another renowned child literary and poet of the country. As his family has suen weitingenvironment, Rifat too was motivated and encouraged to start writing Now he writes for the children following his debat dants steps. Rifat loves travelling and enjoys photography. He served a club named The Duke of Edinburgh's Award at IUB as a General Secretary. For over 2 years he wrote for Young & Independent, The Independent newspaper. Other than that several of his stories have been published in various newspapers of the country. Rifat was also affiliated with One Degree Initiative Foundation for around 4 years, a social development organization Currently he is a full-time at, Build Bangladesh. Bhoot-er Paaye Boot" is his first published book, with Bhombol O Annyanna Golpo being the second of the following year. So far he has 12 published books. As for the awards, Rifat won "Citi Ananda Alo Literary Award" and "Chotoder Mela Best Book of the Fair? both as a débutant in 2010. He also received "Shukumar Rai Shriti Award at Press Club, Diamond Harbor, West Bengal, India in 2015. In the year 2013 he was a youth delegate of Visit of 100 Members Bangladeshi Youth Delegation to India upon the invitation of the Indian Government. Last year, in 2015, Rifat was a delegate of Millennium Campus Network 2015 held at United Nation Head Quarters, New York.
