Shahriar Nafees is a former international cricketer and the first-ever T20 captain of Bangladesh, with an impressive 20-year professional career at the highest level. He currently serves as the In-Charge of Cricket Operations and Bangladesh Tigers at the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), contributing to the strategic development of the game nationwide. Alongside his leadership role in cricket, he is also a university faculty member, reflecting his strong academic engagement.
