Summary of the Book
The sixth formers have finally managed to get their Higher Certificate. They just want to relax for the entirety of this term, but the Head of Malory Towers has a surprise. Gwendoline Lacey is going to be their teacher and she’s taking a finishing school course. However, someone’s trying to get rid of Gwendoline, and only Darrell’s return can help solve the mystery.
