The Shadow of Union Glow

This book, The Shadow of Union-glow, comes into being not as a declaration but as a quiet arrival. The poems gathered here were not written with a single destination in mind. They emerged across years, seasons, and inner weather, shaped by hesitation as much as by urgency. Some were written quickly, others after long silence. Together, they form a landscape where light and shadow coexist, where union is always felt but never fully secured, and where glow often appears only in reflection, or at the edge of disappearance. I have never believed that poetry must explain itself. For me, a poem is closer to a breath than to a statement. It carries memory, loss, longing, and wonder without resolving them. In these poems, rain returns again and again, not as ornament but as experience. Roads stretch without ending. Love appears, withdraws, reappears in altered form. Silence speaks as insistently as language. If there is a single thread running through this book, it is the acceptance of incompleteness. Life does not offer us clean conclusions, and poetry, at its most honest, should not pretend otherwise.
