'The Land Survey Tribunal' created u/s. 145A of the SAT Act is not an innovation to our judicial system, rather it is convey of the revenue-court u/s. 106 of B.T. Act and of the civil court's special miscellaneous jurisdiction u/s. 143A of SAT Act. We have tried to bring this book by giving the present statutes respecting this Tribunal, i.e. the secs. 145A to 145I of the SAT Act, and other sections of SAT Act connected with this Tribunal, e.g. secs. 54, 117, 143-145. and we have articulated these statutory provisions by relaying and making analogy them with those earlier similar provisions of law, i.e. secs. 106/111A of the B.T.

Act and sec. 143A of SAT Act. We have also discussed upon sec. 42 of S.R. Act and some connected provisions of the CPC, e.g. sec. 9, or. 2 r. 1 etc. Moreso, law of evidence, law of limitation, law of transfer of properties, law of court-fees, etc. have also been discussed here incidentally. No doubt there are divergent decisions upon the points which we have discussed here. But, we have talked about and have accepted for our view of discussions only those verdicts which are consonance with the related statutes.

I am glad to mention here that I have already published three books and one of those is 'Laws on Partition Suits'. Also that now I am working upon three other books namely (i) the Code of Civil Procedure, (ii) the Specific Relief Act and (ini) the State Acquisition and Tenancy Act. The instant book is an ancillary work of those four books.
