My wife always told me to put my thoughts into writing. I could not do so while she was alive. However, after her unfortunate demise, I took the effort and through this book, I intend to cherish her memory.
The scope of this book is limited to "Certiorari". And yet, two main sub-topics being "Discrimination" and "Constitutionality of primary legislation" are not dealt with as I intend to cover those subsequently.
The book is intended to set out the application of "Certiorari", primarily in different jurisdictions. I term this book as "compilation of how I perceive Certiorari".
I alone take full responsibility for all the errors and shortcomings. I look forward to comments from the readers on, among others, scope for improvement. Regardless of all the errors and shortcomings, I can only hope that readers find the book useful.
