The law of অর্থ ঋণ আদালত আইন is a necessary subject-matter. As I have already published few books upon different civil matters, for the desires from the readers I am inspiredto work upon various civil subject-matters. Whatever, might have been done herein, of course, nothing but the kindness, grace and gratuity of Allah swt. The অর্থ ঋণ আদালত আইন, ২০০৩ was enacted recently in 2003, which is upgraded law of the law on same subject-matter of the year of 1990. This special law has been enacted for the special purpose of recovery of loans given by the Banks and the Financial Institutions in summary proceedings as laid down in this Act.
