The purpose of this book is to approach various legal issues of the Hindu Law as applied to Bangladesh. This book is intended to be a useful reading material for: the students -reading law degree at university level, the researchers -interested in Hindu personal law, and the legal practitioners -dealing with Hindu family matters. A total of 14 chapters of this book are designed to present topic-wise discussions on the Hindu Law of Bangladesh. Hence, the book explains the principles, legal texts, and up-to-date case laws of Hindu Law. Despite the several limitations, one may find this book unconventional and useful.
