This is a case of R/L sided; unilateral/bilat- eral; untreated/neglected/incompletely treated relapsed; idiopathic; mild-mobile/severe-rigid variety (Pirani score for PG students) of congenital talipes equinovarus deformity, in a month old boy/girl.

Tali i.e., talus (ankle in Latin), Pes i.e., foot. Literally Talar foot, figuratively → walking on talus; practically meaning any. deformity of foot around talus.
