I have been studying international relations and foreign policy for years. This is one of the best books I have read on South Asian politics written in any language. Certainly the best one written in Bangla. Ahmed Sharif provides a perspective that you have live and breath in Bangladesh to provide as a writer and also to understand as a reader. Void of any unwanted chauvinism or jingoism, this is an eloquently written book that I will recommend to anyone curious about South Asia and its geopolitics.
